Edupac is contracted to establish, grow and manage a Namibia Helpdesk Business Unit in Windhoek from 1 January 2012 until 31 December 2013.
The appointed Specialist Trainers at the Helpdesk Business Unit will deliver expertise assistance in their respective fields and support the 60+ Regional Master Trainers on ongoing basis to deploy training to 200+ schools as well as be their “back-up” Trainers.
The Edupac SchoolLink Business Unit Manager, Helpdesk Manager as well as Training Manager will monitor and measure the implementation progress at schools via the Regional Master Trainers.
